The dating in pencil suggests this was done in ’02; S. Laboureur calls for an “edition” numbered 1-10 in ’03. The person illustrated is the artist’s father.

A fine example of Laboureur’s work in a cubist idiom, with the mannerist figures Laboureur favored during this period.
